DES INV 98 / HUMAN-CENTERED DESIGN DECAL

Our Human-Centered Design DeCal is an introductory class to design theory and practice, with a focus on human-centered design.

What do you learn?

Students learn about the design process and industry, practice using industry-standard tools, engage in hands-on activities during class and in homework assignments, and complete a midterm and final design projects solving problems that they care about.

When?

We meet once a week for 2 hours. Class will be held every Wednesday from 7PM–9PM at Jacobs 310.

How many units is it?

2 units, P/NP :)

Who can apply?

There are no prerequisites – this class is for anyone and everyone interested in learning about human-centered design.

How do I apply?

Fill out the application by 9/7 at 11:59 PM and we’ll notify you by 9/9 with enrollment information (first class will be on 9/11).
